Hello, everyone.
I welcome you to my blog. Growing up as kids, it was very easy to get us to believe in things, whether true or false; all you had to do was just get us convinced with a few points that whatever you were telling us about was true, and we were in it already, and we would help you spread the gospel. Once you get kids to believe your story or believe it is true, they try to win more disciples for you and will argue to the ends of the world just to make sure they win the other person over. Sometimes even with small bribes, you can win kids over and get them to believe what you want them to believe; all you have to do is be persuasive.
Kids are easily manipulated, and that way we grew up believing in a lot of sayings, having a lot of beliefs, and a lot of options about what to believe in to choose from. We chose many, and now as grown-ups we have come to realize that many of those things they had us believe in were wrong, and now we no longer believe for different reasons. Sometimes these beliefs have proven themselves to be very wrong without us having to even work to prove them to be wrong. There are many sayings I grew up believing in and thinking it does work, but now as an adult I don't seem to believe in them anymore.
As kids we were meant to believe that once someone is older than us, they are automatically wiser than us and know more than us; therefore, we are expected to follow their advice and instructions, but lately those older than us give the worst advice. They even came up with the saying, "What an elder sees while sitting on a chair, as a young person, even if you climb the tallest trees, you will not see it." No one argues the fact that experience comes with a lot of knowledge, but trust me, not every elderly person had the experience or was exposed enough to know what life really is about.
These days even the young are exposed and even more experienced than the elderly. In those days, as an older one, you were expected to lead and direct, but these days you cannot let just anyone lead and direct you all because they are older unless you want to be misled. These days the elders who are believed to have all the wisdom and can help direct the young ones and put them on the right track are now the ones misleading and failing to correct the young ones.

In those days, people, especially elders, asked questions before supporting things, but it is not so anymore; a 16-year-old child builds a house and does things. You know he has not come of age to pull such strings, and an elder will applaud and advise those that are yet to do so to follow them and do what they are doing. I have seen many reasons to not believe that just age is enough to call somebody wise; I also don't believe in the saying that "an elder can see things while sitting down on a chair while you as a young person will never see what they see." You don't need to be old before you become wise or know how to handle and react to situations.
