This is a tutorial video on How to sell HBD for Hive, how to send Hive to Binance exchanger, How to convert Hive to USDT and Your Local Currency.

Video Tutorial

Aim of the Tutorial..

We hope that by the end of this tutorial all the newbies will be able to transact their HBD and Hive themselves.

I recommend the following exchangers for newbies:-

  1. Binance
  2. Bybit
Step by step guide

1.You must have to convert your HBD to Hive because Binance exchanger recognizes only Hive and not HBD. You may choose to use the internal market to sell your HBD for Hive (https://wallet.hive.blog/market) which takes lesser time

or you may choose to convert your HBD to Hive via the Convert-Hive option located in your wallet.
Note:This method takes the period of 3 and half days for your HBD to be successfully converted to Hive in your wallet.

3.Copy your recipient address and Memo from your Binance exchanger. Go to deposit and select deposit crypto, search for Hive and copy both address and Memo.
4.Send your liquid Hive to the address you copied from Binance and ensure to put your Memo, failure to do that, you'll loose your asset.

5.Confirm deposit on your Binance account and convert Hive to your USDT as shown in the video or to your choice Crypto.
From here you can choose to sell your USDt for whichever currency you want based on your location but for Nigerians you'll need Bybit account to trade USDt via P2p for Nigerian Naira.

How to Convert USDt to Naira

1.Download and register Bybit account.
2.Go to deposit, search for USDt and Copy your USDT receiving address on Bybit. Ensure you copy BSC (BEP20) address for USDt, failure to do that correctly, you'll loose your funds.
3.Go back to Binance, under withdrawal section, search for USDt and tap on (Send via Crypto network). Ensure paste your Bybit USDt deposit address you copied under address then choose BNB Smart chain (BEP20) under network section..

6.Go to "Sell" choose the amount you're likely to receive, choose your payment method then select your preferred price ads.
