Now surely these should be on a farm? A Happy Friday to all and some say that it is a strange life that we live.
I will firstly show you how farm life and city suburbs blend.
We travelled to a coastal town called Gordon's Bay as someone told me that there was something for us to see. In here I will show you some experiences along the travel and some amazing sights.
We stopped off at a service station to buy the local newspaper, as it is a good way to see what local life is all about.
Surprise, surprise, look what was feeding behind the service station.
Sheep and plenty of them in a city suburb.
Of course, we had to stop for a pedestrian, as they have right of way here.
And finally, we reached our destination.
So we first sat at a restaurant and here you can see that the manager came to see me.
And he had that pleading look in his eyes. Maybe he knew that I had a ham sandwich?
So I broke a piece off for him to enjoy.
Marian also had a ham sandwich, and he turned his attention back to her.
And so she obliged, and we thought that he would be happy.
But no, he returned his attention and intention back to me, and ended up eating half of my sandwich and half of Marian's sandwich. So, he ended up having a full sandwich and we ended up having 2 half sandwiches. Now how is that for fairness?
Just a final look at the ocean.
Like I said at the start, we came to see something here and I will share it in a #marketfriday post later today. Always amazing what one can find on the travels in this area. There are some plots with horses and other animals about 3 km's further up the road, but where we saw the sheep, there are no plots so I don't know where they came from. Everything in the area where they are is filled with housing establishments. Maybe they belong to the owner of the service station, and he brings them with him to work everyday in a truck to keep the grass short.
An excellent garden service me thinks.
And That's All Friends.
