How is everyone? Hope everybody is doing well. I always try to share something new with you. In its continuation today I am going to share with you one of my favorite recipes. I really like cooking so I thought I would share as much as I can with you. Maybe someone will benefit from seeing this post of mine. Anyway, the recipe I am going to share with you today is the Crunchy and soft moghlai paratha recipe. Every step I have taken here is how I tried my best. I hope you will understand if you patiently look at my whole recipe post. And this is an absolutely new post only for the hive community.
Ingredients:
flour
salt
egg
oil
onion
Green chillies
First I added enough water and salt to the flour. And started kneading well. Then I added a small amount of oil. And made a dough.
Then I broke two eggs in a bowl. Add onion, green pepper and salt to the egg. After that I shook everything well.
Then I made a big bread with the previously prepared dough.
Then I put the prepared egg in the bread. And started folding the bread from all sides.
I folded the bread well. After that I heated enough oil in a fry pan. I started frying the moghlai paratha well in hot oil.
Fry them until they are well browned, thus the crunchy and soft moghlai parathas are ready. Then cut it into small pieces and served.
