By conveying our deeper thoughts on Hive, we can uplift and support each other across the blockchain. This week we had some wonderful authors visit to share their life reflections, wisdom, and snapshots of their experience on this rock with us.
No matter if they have responded to our weekly prompt, or posted on their own topics, we wanted to take a moment to celebrate thoughtfulness on chain! We hope you will consider taking the time to check their writing out and support their work! You may even make a new friend. ✌️
Hug yourself!!!! Hug another person, a pet or a tree | Reflections in my intimate space (En -En) by @mafalda2018
"There is more power in a strong embrace, than in a thousand well articulated words". (Ann Hood) I don't know when it's hug day. But for me hugs happen every day and today I need a strong hug that makes me shudder and lifts me up. Just like the ones my father used to give me and I felt protected in those big arms. As a child I always believed that my superhero's hugs would never fail me
Different People, Different Views by @brosonleo
Perspective is a beautiful thing, is it not? I saw a meme online once where two people stood across from each other and a number was placed before them. One saw the number 6 and the other saw the number 9. The truth is they were both right from their perspective. Their views were affected by circumstances and their stance in that very moment

Today I thought... by @becca-mac
Today I saw a person treat someone else with contempt, a lack of respect and in a manner which was quite hurtful; I'd certainly feel hurt had someone treated me in that way and even though I don't know the context it was a terrible moment, ugly, and an example of a human being demonstrating the worst side of themselves and I don't think there was any winners. We live in a world that, even though we have a digital connection that spans the globe, I believe is moving is the wrong direction and in which communication is suffering. My guy took this image Today I thought... what if from this very moment every human on the planet began to treat each other with care, kindness and courtesy. What if people applied understanding, generosity and a sense of nurturing to those they met
Adventures In Homesteading (Day 52-53) by @jacobpeacock
Hello Everyone! Double day entries, Stepping back, Viewing impact, One heck of a rain event, So much water & The trusty potato apple diet! Alright, I missed my writing routine yesterday because a big thunderstorm was rolling in... and I needed to keep the dogs calm during all the ruckus. I could have done the writing earlier on in the day
Kindness in unique ways! 🌺🌼 by @madilyn02
In a world where kindness seem scarce, I believe there are a lot of ways we can show it. Finding ways to brighten someone's day can make a huge difference. For me, I believe that showing kindness is not difficult and we can show kindness in every little way. I find joy when I see someone smiling because of me, it gives me the best kind of satisfaction, knowing that I've contributed to someone's happiness and this is just what showing kindness does. It keeps both parties happy!

The kindness that was dearly done by @repayme4568
"I am too emotional, this is what most people said to me, but that's not always the case, I became so keen to those things, which they used to categorize me, when I put myself in the shoes of others peoples and feel their life challenges, then I will just wish, I can be of help to all of them, the truth is, there are many things I can't be of help, and knowing it, broke my heart, therefore, I think this is where I am being regarded as an emotional somebody. Yet, there are somethings I can do, and if I come across such, I will gladly do whatever I can, most of the times, I came across people who request for help on the road, and I never hesitate to, if I can and If as at that moment, I can't help, I will speak politely to the person and told him/her that I wish I can. That was by the way, few days ago, I was coming out of a shop, it is a supermarket located just a mile away from my residents, and there is this man, who lived in the same street, he does not know me since I am new in the environment, but I know him quite well and also, I have hangout with his son before in the city park. So, he was coming out of the shop, and the rain started falling, definitely, he came with a car, but it seems there was something he needed to buy and then take it to the office, so I came out and I saw him, I noticed he could not go into the rain because it will soa
Santa Claus Comes To Town! by @jemima2001
This post is in response to the question posed by @ericvancewalton Check it out When you were a child, what did you look forward to most? My answer: As a child, one thing I looked forward to most was the Christmas season and all the funfare that came with it. Yeah, those were the good old days when Christmas was really a day to look forward to, when we would dream of our Christmas outfits, multi coloured wrist watches and large plastic spectacles. Then we would work extra hard at our school examinations to get good grades, because that would determine how grand one's Christmas celebration would be. Then the kind of music that were played over the radio, the Christmas trees, decorations and twinking coloured lights, all added so much colour to the season
Thoughtful Thursday Prompt #6//When it comes to Kindness [Eng/Esp] by @mercmarg
Excellent week to the @ThoughtfulDailyPost community, pleasure to share with you. We live in a competitive world where every day we are more focused on ourselves dedicated to our activities leaving aside the people around us sometimes without realizing that they need to be cared for or read to let them know that we can help, we take everything for granted. Kindness is a trait that perhaps we do not manifest or we leave it almost invisible, perhaps we do not want to show our feelings towards others. Improving the days of others is a subject that most do not understand or do not want to be willing to give, even if only moments for that other person to feel joy, that he/she is not alone, to give meaning to his/her day or days. In the family it happens that when we grow up, when we become adults, everyone makes decisions about how to live their lives, situations that sometimes bring unpleasant moments for them, when they believe that we are not attentive, being the opposite, we worry but we do not show it
