Homemade strawberry shortcake, with handpicked strawberries. Something absolutely delish! This is finally assembling all the pieces. Homemade whip cream with a touch of vanilla whipped together. Washing, cleaning and slicing the strawberries, and levelling off the layers. We added in some homemade strawberry freezer jam too. Just for some extra zip.
