These are the pictures from my walk a few days ago. The small plants on the sidewalk have been overgrown after the rains and have now become big bushes. However, there are many varieties of such plants along the sidewalks here and almost all of them have something ready to bloom.
But what caught my attention were these pods that looked like blooming lotus. Perhaps you too will remember those childhood drawings of lotus flowers, if yes, then you will relate the shape of this pod to that. 🌷
But this is neither a lotus nor any other flower, although I am not completely sure, but I think seeds of this plant must be formed in these pods.
Anyway, I was surprised and pleased to see so many little green lotuses on this bush. Have you ever seen a green lotus before? Say thanks to me because today you got to see a unique lotus which actually is not a lotus. 😄 #JustJoking!
