Feliz de saludarlos el día de hoy, me encantó haber encontrado esta comunidad y comenzar a hacer vida aquí, me encuentro complacida de participar en este martes, el quesillo es uno de los postres más deliciosos que he probado en Venezuela, Y la verdad Aunque lleva algunos ingredientes que en algunas ocasiones se nos hacen costosos el venezolano ha conseguido la manera de ingeniárselas para seguir preparándolo.
Happy to greet you today, I was delighted to have found this community and to start living here, I am pleased to participate in this Tuesday, quesillo is one of the desserts The most delicious that I have tried in Venezuela, and the truth is that although it has some ingredients that are sometimes expensive for us, Venezuelans have managed to figure out how to continue preparing.
I'll tell you that this is the first time I've made quesillo, maybe it's because of the pregnancy but it occurred to me to try it, you may wonder how to make quesillo without an oven because the answer is in a bain-marie, more Later I will tell you how the process is carried out, another of the super important things is that since I did not have condensed milk, I replaced it with sugar, now here I show you the ingredients and the step by step to make it, believe me you will not regret it.
We must bear in mind that we will need a bowl, aluminum foil and a blender, although we could also mix it by hand.
INGREDIENTS
PARA EL CARAMELO / FOR THE CARAMEL
1 ½ cucharada de azúcar / 1 ½ tablespoon sugar
1 cucharada de agua / 1 tablespoon of water
PARA EL QUESILLO / FOR THE CHEESE
- 2 cucharadas de azúcar/ 2 tablespoons of sugar/
- 1 huevo/ 1 Egg
- 150 ml de leche/150 ml of milk
- 8 gotas de vainilla min./ 8 drops of vanilla
PREPARACIÓN / PREPARATION
Step by Step
1 . The first thing I did was the caramel, for this I took my bowl in which I added the amount of sugar mentioned above and the water, I placed it over medium low heat until it starts to boil, there it will start to change color, for my part I just took a cloth and I was making circular movements with the bowl, in this way I didn't I introduced any type of cover into the mixture and also spread the sweet along the sides of the bowl, oh yes it will be ready.
2 . Now I proceeded to make my mixture for the quesillo, for this I took the blender and added the ingredients that I mentioned before, the order does not really matter.
3 . we start to beat and when we see that everything is well mixed we proceed to add it to the bowl that we prepared before with the caramel.
4 . We take the aluminum foil and cover the surface of our bowl, taking care that it is well closed.
5 . To make the bain-marie we take a pot or a pan larger than our bowl, where we will place our bowl with the mixture right in the middle and add water up to half of our bowl that is to say, the water should not surpass our mixture.
6 . Cover and leave on the heat for an hour, then very carefully open a little and insert a flat object and if it comes out clean, then our preparation is ready.
7 . Let cool for about two hours before disassembling.
