INGREDIENTS:
10pcs Chicken Wings
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 Cup Corn Starch
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Cup Butter
1 Pinch Ground Black Pepper
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Ketchup
2 Cups Vegetable Oil
1 garlic
PROCEDURE:
Step 1
Combine all purpose flour, salt and ground black pepper. Then place the chicken wings in this dry mixture and toss it. Make sure that the chicken will have a even coating.
Step 2
Transfer the chicken wings in a separate plate and cover it. Refrigerate the coated chicken 1 hour before cooking.
Step 3
Put 2 cups of vegetable oil in the frying pan. Make sure that the oil covers the chicken wings so that it will be deep fry. Fry it for about 10-15 minutes or until the chicken is tender and crispy. Remove the cooked chicken and let the oil drain using a kitchen tissue.
Step 4
Chop 1 garlic and mince it. Then add the butter in the pan and use only low heat so it will not be burn easily. Mix the garlic in the butter until it will turn to golden brown.
Step 5
Put 2 cups of ketchup and 1/4 cup soy sauce and mix it with the garlic. Then add some ground black pepper to taste. Cook it for about 1 to 2 minutes. Then mix the fried chicken Wings.
Step 6
Stir the chicken in the sauce and put it in a clean bowl or plate. Tada! Here is the finished product!
