Hello everyone !

Two days in a row over 10k steps, must have been a very long time it didn’t happen to me.
All good but today was a pull workout more than a walking day.
You can see an archer pull-up on this pic.

On the menu:

  • inverted rows 5x10-12
  • archer pull-ups 4x4-6
  • regular pull-ups 5x6-8
  • Y pulls 4x10-12
  • face pulls 4x10-12
  • biceps curls 3x10
