Two days in a row over 10k steps, must have been a very long time it didn’t happen to me.
All good but today was a pull workout more than a walking day.

On the menu:
- inverted rows 5x10-12
- archer pull-ups 4x4-6
- regular pull-ups 5x6-8
- Y pulls 4x10-12
- face pulls 4x10-12
- biceps curls 3x10
