February 20th β‘οΈ February 27th, 2023Β Β Β Noodles are a part of the culinary culture of every SE Asian country that I know, so hosting a noodle-themed challenged seems very appropriate. You don't have to be a chef to join this challenge, and you are free to share a noodle dish from a restaurant if you like, but do try and tell us about the dish, its ingredients, a little about the restaurant, etc. If you decide to cook your own noodles, you also don't need to be chef, feel free to even share how you prepare/customize instant noodles.
Β Β Β If anyone makes their own noodles from scratch, it will be hard for that person not to win the challenge because that is a lot of effort. Even if you want to stray away from Asian flavors and make an Italian spaghetti, that is welcome too, and so are all noodles in all their various forms and flavors. I think this challenge will be a good opportunity for your country's flavors to shine, so I look forward to seeing all the entries.

Β Β Β I am not sure this has ever happened before, but there were no challenge entries last week. It is regretful, but it's also my fault because I have been quite busy lately and haven't had time to properly promote the challenge on Discord and other Hive-related means. It's okay, what would normally be the rewards will be powered up and and used to reach 10,000 HP for the @asean.hive curation account.
