If you know me, you know that I love pancakes and I love putting banana in my baking projects. So today I decided to try banana pancakes.
Banana makes everything much more moist and fluffy so I knew it would be perfect for pancakes. Banana also add their own sugar which means that these pancakes won’t have so much sugar as regular pancakes can have.
Ingredients
2 ripe bananas
1 egg
1 tsp of vainilla
2 tsp of baking powder
40 grams of butter
130 grams of flour
230 ml of milk
A pinch of salt
15 grams of sugar
Some drops of oil
- Mash the bananas in a bowl until you have the consistency you are looking for
- In that same bowl mix the milk, the egg, the vanilla and the melted butter
- In a larger bowl mix the four, the sugar, the salt and the baking powder
- Pour the first mixture into the dry mixture and mix everything.
- In a pan pour aprox. 2 drops of oil
- Pour about 3 tbsp of the batter into the pan and wait until it bubbles to turn the pancake the other side with a spatula
- Do this with the rest of the batter
You should absolutely try this recipe if you love bananas and pancakes like me. And let me tell you that my family absolutely devoured the pancakes.
