Pero, siempre hay algo que se puede hacer para equilibrar energías y que todos esos momentos de tanta emoción no terminen siendo los que generen tortura; 😅 particularmente busco espacios para mantener la energía, para mí el mejor lugar el gimnasio y no solo ejército sino el tema de hacerme fotos ya se ha vuelto parte de mis días. Incluso hay personas que me preguntan si ya me tomé la foto del día 😅
Mis Fotos de hoy no son haciendo rutinas, son estrenando mi franela de la Caracas Rock 2024, nunca me ha gustado ese color verde, pero ahora me encanta 😅😅😅 . De la franela me gusta mucho lo ligera que es la tela, perfecta para correr.
Me tomé fotos de mi día en el gimnasio o mejor dicho de mi mañana vistiendo de la mejor forma, me encanta usar estas franelas de las carreras porque me digo a mi misma que Sí, que estoy haciendo lago que jamás pensé 😊 correr 🥰
