Day after - recovery run
After any race - I do a recovery run the day after, to check if there are any pains and to speed up the recovery process.
The recoveryrun went great - where at Amsterdam I couldn't get my heartrate under control - the recoveryrun was what I am used to.
Pains:
- knees 4/10 - nothing serious but will need some time to recover.
- Quads 3/10 - I do expect to feel this tomorrow as during the race they gave me trouble. will incorporate more strenght training in my next training.
- Feet 0/10 - no issues at all! where in April my nails and feet were destroyed getting custom fitting shoes solved everything!
