4km Running

Happy weekend, runners... This week, I didn't do much outdoor activities, including running, not only because of the weather (heavy rain and wind), but also because of work duties.

Honestly, it makes our body very stiff and feel not ok. Therefore, yesterday on Saturday, even though there was a small drizzle and the weather was originally very cloudy, I still tried to run before the heavy rain fell.

Today the jogging track was very quiet, maybe it was because the weather was very gloomy. But, for me, it was very enjoyable. I always feel happier when the track is less crowded. So, I can run comfortably.

I ran at a pace of 6:59/km for just the first kilometre, and then, of course, I went back to my comfortable pace of 7 and around. From the second kilometre to the end I just kept at that pace. I ran only about 30 minutes with a total final distance of 4:03 kilometres. With an average pace of 7:25. ha ha ha.

I deliberately stopped running because the drizzle was slowly coming, isn't it good to run in the middle of the drizzle while your body is already sore? It's true, but seeing the condition around the track is worrying especially if there is strong wind, because many trees have fallen due to rain. Leh therefore, to be safer, I just stopped my run yesterday.

I posed in front of the Situ Gintung dam. I took this in the middle of my run. After cooling down and resting a bit, I hurried home as the drizzle was getting bigger. That's all for this week, thank you for the encouragement from other runners. I love you all.
