Blessed Sunday @asean.hive community. This weekend is not what I typically expected. My husband's mood is often bad, we don't even talk. Last week was the worst of him that I ever saw. I want to thank sir @justinparke for including my entry last week. My entry was related to what he is doing to us. I just can't help but to tell you what I feel.
A late snack is not what we usually do when we watch movies at night. But to make it more fun, suspense while watching. I bought popcorn 🍿 and it's more delicious to eat hot rather than buying it outside on street vendors. I was amaze because sir @justinparke said that he grew in a popcorn farm. I want to imagine on how it looks like, or how a popcorn was made. All I know is how to eat it. You can find a lot of selling popcorn outside the church or school and it's much more expensive compared to cooking it at home.
When I was a kid we had a lot of stock food. I manage to eat and eat until I constipate LoL 😂. But it's not fun to eat alone, mom was so very busy at her work so I need to deal with myself alone. In recent times I admire hubby's digestion because during his night shift, he usually takes rice with meals. His reason is if he can't sleep at night he needs to eat to be able to work. While my uncle said that eating after ten in the evening will make digestion harder to work. And I believe him because to much eating will cause us unexpected complications.
Eating late snacks seems to be fun but I suggest that when you want to eat late at night be sure to eat light meals for an easy digesting habit. And besides at night people often sleep so to prevent having complications or nightmares be sure to walk or at least move after eating. We Filipinos have beliefs that when you eat a lot and you suddenly fall asleep you could have nightmares. And prevention is better than cure rather than to regret because it's too late.
